Pullscription
Learn more about my co-design lead role at Pullscription and how I supported the team with design direction, coordination, and communication.

Project Background
Pullscription is a platform that connects comic book retailers with their customers through online ordering and subscription management. The company aimed to redesign its digital experience to make the site more intuitive for both retailers and everyday comic readers.
During the first week, all team members, including designers and developers, were asked to create mock versions of the Pullscription website. This gave each of us a chance to explore ideas, test layouts, and get familiar with the product’s goals before we started working on the actual platform. It also helped the team better understand everyone’s strengths and design approach.
My Role
I started on the team as a UX/UI Designer. In that role, I focused on designing wireframes and mockups for both mobile and desktop views. I worked closely with others to make sure the designs were clear, practical, and met the needs of retailers and customers. I also gave feedback during design reviews and helped keep track of design ideas.
I was later offered the position of Co-Design Lead. This change came after I showed that I could take initiative, give design feedback, and support team communication. As Co-Design Lead, I helped guide the visual direction of the project, reviewed design work from others, and worked with developers to make sure the design and code stayed in sync. When the lead designer was unavailable, I also helped coordinate meetings and made sure the team stayed on track.
Midway through the project, I joined the marketing team to improve Pullscription’s comic book database. I helped clean up metadata, remove duplicate entries, and standardize publisher information. This made the listings more accurate and easier to navigate for both retailers and customers.
